Job Description
Receiving customer calls and welcoming them and providing an excellent service experience.
Responding to customer inquiries via phone and various communication channels.
Coordinating with service advisors and technical departments to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
Handling customer complaints and working to resolve them professionally.
Following up on customer satisfaction after service delivery.
Updating customer data in the system.
Adhering to company policies and procedures and customer service standards.
Requirements
- For Saudis Only
- GOSI Registration Required
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Intermediate in English
