The Opportunity: Area Sales Manager II (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking an Area Sales Manager II (Poultry) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves directing and managing van sales operations within an assigned territory to achieve budgeted volume and margin targets for poultry products. The successful candidate will be responsible for continuously monitoring and reviewing team performance to ensure business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted volume and margin targets for poultry products to contribute to the company’s profit objectives.
• Manage and monitor the performance of Sales Supervisors to ensure all areas deliver targeted volume and margin.
• Direct and control van sales operations within the assigned territory.
• Continuously review team performance to ensure effective management of sales activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales operations and achieve targets.
• Experience in the poultry sector is preferred.
