The Opportunity: Quality Assurance Manager

Almarai is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is critical for ensuring the Red Meat factory site's full compliance with the company's Safety Policy, Quality Policy, and the Divisional Quality Management System. The manager will play a pivotal role in achieving Divisional Business and Quality Objectives through effective management of all quality-related processes, personnel, and resources.

Key Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of quality within the Red Meat factory site. This includes:

• Ensuring full compliance with Almarai's Safety Policy and Quality Policy.
• Implementing and maintaining the Divisional Quality Management System.
• Managing all quality-related processes, from raw materials to finished products.
• Supervising and developing quality assurance personnel.
• Optimizing resources dedicated to quality control and assurance.
• Driving the achievement of Divisional Business and Quality Objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Quality Assurance Manager position should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in similar quality assurance roles.
• Demonstrated experience within the meat industry is required.
• An essential background in food manufacturing specializing in Red Meat.
• Previous experience with a multi-national company is preferred.
