Working Hours: 400PM to 100AM

Day Off: 1 day (Not on weekend)

Starting Salary: SAR 3700


Job Summary:


We are looking for a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team and provide exceptional customer service in our chocolate shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating a positive and welcoming experience for our customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
  • Accurately process sales transactions using the POS system (cash, credit/debit cards, etc.).
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our chocolate products and be able to answer customer questions.
  • Assist with light stocking and maintaining the tidiness of the checkout area and shop floor.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Pack customer purchases carefully.
  • Adhere to all shop policies and procedures.


Qualifications:


  • Must be a Saudi National.
  • Proven experience in retail sales is essential.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic math skills.
