We are looking for dynamic and polite customer accountants to join our team at our various branches. You will be the first interface for our customers at our different locations and responsible for efficiently managing payment operations and providing exceptional customer service in line with the quality and excellence standards in our business environment. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Sales Management: Accurately record items through Point of Sale (POS) systems and delivery application devices and issue invoices. • Financial Operations: Processing cash and electronic payments, managing returns according to the company's policy. • Customer Service: Welcoming customers with a smile, answering their inquiries, and ensuring they leave with a positive experience. • Inventory and Reconciliation: Inventory of the cash register upon receiving and delivering shifts and ensuring that the amounts match the system. • Taking Care of the Work Area: Maintaining the order and cleanliness of the accounting platform and ensuring the availability of packaging supplies. Requirements and Conditions: • Appearance and Style: Having a pleasant appearance, neat attire, and a refined style in dealing with the public. • Communication Skills: High ability to speak clearly and politely with different personalities. • Dealing with Pressure: Stability and focus during peak times while maintaining speed and accuracy of performance. • Geographical Flexibility: Ability to work in specified branches (preferably specify the closest branch to your residence when applying). • Integrity and Accuracy: Extreme accuracy in dealing with amounts and daily reports. Work Locations: • The position is vacant in several scattered branches (the branch will be determined based on need and the candidate's place of residence).
