About the Category Management Role

This Category Management position is integral to developing and implementing effective category strategies. The role focuses on driving cost efficiencies and cultivating strong supplier relationships to support the company's growth objectives and commitment to excellence. The position is based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Province, and is a full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of category strategies that align with overall business objectives.
Conduct spend analysis and market assessments to identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation.
Translate data insights into actionable sourcing strategies and procurement initiatives.
Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFx processes, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenge demand when necessary.
Support supplier management activities, including performance tracking and relationship management.
Contribute to initiatives focused on cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and process standardization.
Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor category performance and track savings delivery.

Required Experience and Education

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in category management, procurement, or supply chain management. A Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
