As a leading Saudi company in the manufacturing and trading of electrical products, alfanar is looking for a motivated General Accountant to enhance our finance team. This role is essential in supporting invoicing, payment tracking, and accounts receivable reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing and Payment Processing: Assist with preparing and issuing accurate customer invoices and recording incoming payments.
  • Accounts Monitoring: Monitor customer account balances and payment trends, highlighting overdue accounts to the sales team.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and prepare monthly summaries for management review.
  • Customer Service Support: Respond to inquiries regarding customer account statuses and assist in dispute resolution.
  • Documentation and Collaboration: Maintain organized records and coordinate with other teams to ensure accurate account information.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • 2 to 4 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Technical knowledge in Document Management and Accounts Receivable (AR).
