Job Description

About the Channel Manager Role

Segura is seeking a Channel Manager to develop and scale its partner ecosystem across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. This role is integral to driving indirect revenue through distributors, resellers, and strategic alliances, requiring an understanding of the unique cultural and commercial dynamics of the MENA market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a regional channel strategy aligned with revenue objectives.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners to ensure their success.
  • Drive partner-sourced revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with key partners to develop joint business plans.
  • Manage partner performance using scorecards and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Support deal registration processes, pipeline development, and forecasting.
  • Execute co-marketing initiatives with partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations and market dynamics.
  • Serve as an escalation point for partner conflicts and commercial issues.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales or partner management.
  • Experience within the SaaS, cybersecurity, or Identity sectors.
  • Proven ability to achieve channel revenue targets.
  • Experience working with GCC markets, with a preference for the UAE and KSA.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time, contractor engagement role. The position is based in the MENA region, with a preference for KSA or the UAE. Travel across the region is expected, estimated at 30–50%. Segura maintains a transparent compensation approach. Specific details regarding base salary, variable compensation, and benefits will be provided early in the hiring process, during the initial interview.
