The Opportunity: Chef Assistant (Bakery & Pastry)

Keglu Bakery is seeking a dedicated Chef Assistant (Bakery & Pastry) to support our bakery and pastry operations. This full-time role involves assisting in the preparation of our specialized products while ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef directly in the preparation of various bakery and pastry products.
• Accurately prepare ingredients according to established recipes and specifications.
• Support the baking, decorating, and finishing processes for all products.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness for all workstations and kitchen equipment.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene standards and regulations.
• Help manage stock levels and organize ingredients efficiently within the kitchen.
• Assist with general daily kitchen operations as required.
• Ensure that all finished products consistently meet defined quality standards.

Required Experience

Candidates must possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a bakery or pastry environment, ideally in a Chef Assistant or similar support role.

Work Type and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Salary will be determined and discussed during the interview process, based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
