About the Role

Purity for Information Technology is seeking a Chief Business Officer (CBO) to join its executive leadership team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a strategic leader with over 10 years of experience to drive the company's business strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion.

Core Responsibilities

The Chief Business Officer will be instrumental in formulating and executing the company’s business strategy. This involves overseeing revenue generation, expanding into new markets, managing sales and business development, and establishing strategic partnerships. The CBO will ensure commercial operations align with the company's overall vision and that business performance is optimized for sustainable growth.

Strategic Planning and Market Development

• Develop and implement long-term growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify target markets, growth sectors, and new business opportunities.
• Lead go-to-market strategies and geographic expansion initiatives.

Commercial Operations and Partnerships

• Set and achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop competitive pricing models and support sales enablement.
• Oversee commercial offer development and unified sales strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships, alliances, and high-value deals.

Leadership and Performance Management

• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams including sales, business development, marketing, and partnerships.
• Develop leadership capabilities across departments through mentoring and coaching.
• Foster a high-performance culture based on innovation and accountability.
• Analyze sales and business performance using KPIs and financial reports.
• Provide strategic business insights and improvement plans to the CEO and Board.
• Adapt strategies based on market dynamics, trends, and competition.
• Work with product and technical teams to align offerings with customer needs, relaying market feedback.

External Engagement and Representation

The Chief Business Officer will represent Purity for Information Technology at conferences, industry events, and strategic meetings. This includes building the company’s commercial reputation and expanding brand presence in the market, as well as representing the company in high-level client and partner engagements.
