About the Role

Centro Waha is seeking a Cluster Director of Revenue to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to driving market share and revenue performance through effective pricing and business mix management across multiple properties.

Strategic Revenue Leadership

The Cluster Director of Revenue is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive pricing strategies across all market segments and distribution channels. This includes providing strategic guidance on corporate transient negotiated pricing and group pricing, ensuring alignment with product positioning and competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities and Analysis

• Drive market share and revenue performance through proper pricing and business mix management.
• Ensure Group Selective Sell Guidelines (Group rates and Sales allowance) are regularly updated, reflecting effective pricing strategies relative to competition.
• Produce accurate weekly and monthly forecasts, segmented by day, and distribute them promptly.
• Ensure a high degree of revenue forecast accuracy, including 30/60/90 day forecasts with YTD performance updates and rolling 12-month updates.
• Effectively manage inventory and pricing strategy across all distribution channels, including the Brand website, focusing on lowering distribution costs and driving room nights to branded web.
• Review and analyze STR data on a weekly and monthly basis with the Hotel team.
• Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on property performance.
• Validate comp set RevPAR forecast by month to ensure effective soft spot calendar planning.

Collaboration and Operational Oversight

• Work with the Area Director of Revenue Management (ADRM) to conduct regular price elasticity tests, measure results, and share key learnings.
• Develop and update the Strategic Sales Plan with the Area/Director of Sales.
• Chair weekly Revenue Management meetings, clearly communicating strategic vision and objectives to the team.
• Provide the team with regular updates on Hotel performance, including market share, market segment, and channel metrics.
• Ensure effective implementation and compliance with Company Revenue Management Standards.
• Execute current and new Revenue Management tools, including PMS, CRS, Third-party extranets, Channel Manager, Rate Shopper, and various reports.
• Contribute Revenue Management Strategic Vision during all Area and Corporate Property Reviews and Pricing Meetings.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the Reservations team and other employees, if applicable.
• Plan and build the entire process of Revenue Management systems in new opening hotels.
• Prepare an outline for and support the annual revenue budget process.
• Provide strategic direction in support of critical revenue cycle initiatives and goals.
• Conduct Weekly Revenue meetings and Monthly Owner meetings for both hotels.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma.
• No prior experience required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on revenue management for Centro Waha properties.
