About the Co-op Trainee Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Saudi National Co-op Trainee (Architect Engineering) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position offers an opportunity to gain practical experience within a leading professional engineering, construction, and cost management team working on multiple projects.

Role Responsibilities

The Co-op Trainee will learn to perform a variety of tasks essential to architectural engineering projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Utilizing a CAD workstation to prepare engineering drawings, including basic arrangements, layouts, flow sheets, assemblies, and isometrics, based on rough sketches and general engineering information, adhering to established standards and procedures.
• Consulting technical manuals and directives to ensure compliance with relevant codes and company policies, becoming familiar with standards such as ANSI, PFI, and ASME.
• Compiling data and performing routine dimensional and calculation tasks required for drawing preparation.
• Undertaking other appropriate responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

To be considered for this trainee position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering curriculum at an accredited college or university.
• Have successfully completed a minimum of three years of study within the Architect Engineering discipline.

Technical Skills and Language Proficiency

Successful candidates will possess the following skills and proficiencies:

• Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.
• Working knowledge of CAD software and other PC software packages commonly used in engineering.
