IMbright is seeking a full-time Cognitive Trainer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves delivering specialized brain training programs designed to enhance cognitive and learning skills in children. The position is based on-site in Al-Izdihar, Riyadh, and offers an opportunity to contribute to children's development.

Role Overview

As a Cognitive Trainer, you will work with children aged to 18, providing structured, one-to-one cognitive training sessions. IMbright's programs are tailored to sharpen core skills essential for thinking, learning, reading, reasoning, focusing, and completing tasks. The objective is to build foundational cognitive abilities that support academic performance, open new opportunities, and create lasting benefits for the children.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person, one-to-one cognitive training sessions for children.
• Support children in improving their cognitive and learning skills through structured programs.
• Monitor and track children’s progress, including digital training progress.
• Work on-site at the IMbright center located in Al-Izdihar, Riyadh.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience is required for this role.
• Candidates must demonstrate enthusiasm and motivation for working with children.

Mandatory Training Program

Selected candidates are required to attend a two-week Training Preparation Program. This program is scheduled to start on August 16 and will run for 3 hours per day, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Its purpose is to equip candidates with the necessary tools and methods to succeed as Brain Trainers.

Compensation and Work Environment

This is a full-time position offering a compensation of * SR per hour, with additional bonuses. The role requires working on-site at IMbright's center in Al-Izdihar, Riyadh, providing a dedicated environment for cognitive training.
