About the Role

DiaServ is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to join its Executive Leadership Team. This role is integral to driving the organization's commercial growth agenda and will be based in Riyadh. The position is full-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial growth strategies for the company.
  • Lead and manage the Medical Sales, Corporate Sales, Marketing, Insurance, and Government Relations teams.
  • Drive business development initiatives and identify market expansion opportunities.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with government entities and key healthcare stakeholders.
  • Oversee tendering, contracting, and public procurement processes.
  • Manage commercial budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance.
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • An MBA or advanced executive qualification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10–15 years of progressive commercial leadership experience.
  • At least 5 years in a senior executive role (Director, VP, or C-Level).
  • Significant experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical devices, or insurance industries.
  • Demonstrated success in managing government tenders, commercial negotiations, and achieving revenue growth.
