Position Overview

شركة كيسب المحدودة is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Production Manager to oversee factory operations in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing the production of custom stainless steel kitchen equipment and modular cold room panels, ensuring compliance with international hygiene and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Summary

The Production Manager will be responsible for the entire production lifecycle, from raw material sourcing and sheet metal engineering to laser cutting, precision bending, welding, assembly, and final quality assurance. This position requires a highly technical individual capable of managing complex manufacturing processes for specialized kitchen equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee factory operations and production management.
• Supervise technical and sheet metal engineering processes.
• Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance for all products.
• Manage supply chain, inventory, and maintenance activities.
• Provide leadership and resource management for the production team.
• Manufacture custom stainless steel kitchen equipment, including counters, exhaust hoods, worktables, sinks, and cabinets.
• Produce modular cold room panels.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience level: 0-5 years in production management, preferably within commercial kitchen equipment or stainless-steel fabrication.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in sheet metal engineering and fabrication processes.
• Ability to ensure compliance with international hygiene and safety standards.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within a factory setting, managing various stages of production for commercial kitchen equipment.
