Al Yaseen Agricultural Company is seeking a Commercial & Technical Development Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading business growth through strategic sales and marketing management, regional oversight, and integrating technical expertise with commercial opportunities within the agricultural inputs sector.

Role Overview

The Commercial & Technical Development Manager will be responsible for driving market expansion and achieving growth targets. This includes overseeing both commercial and technical teams to ensure alignment between product development, field trials, and market demands. The role requires a strong focus on market analysis, customer relationship management, and the development of new product strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of sales and marketing plans to achieve growth targets.
• Supervise regional performance and manage sales teams effectively.
• Monitor sales activities, customer accounts, collections, and identify new market opportunities.
• Oversee technical teams specializing in crop protection, fertilizers, seeds, and trial stations.
• Develop and implement new product launch plans and demand generation activities.
• Integrate field trials and technical activities with commercial results to optimize product offerings.
• Manage relationships with key customers, farms, dealers, and distributors.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and performance reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing management within the agricultural inputs sector.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise teams.
• Strong understanding of technical aspects related to crop protection, fertilizers, and seeds.
