The Role of Compliance Manager – Financial Services

As a Compliance Manager – Financial Services at Care Pay in Riyadh, you will lead and oversee the company's compliance function. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor applicable regulatory requirements and assess their impact on business operations.
• Identify, assess, and monitor compliance risks, ensuring appropriate controls are in place.
• Conduct compliance reviews and follow up on identified gaps and corrective actions.
• Provide compliance guidance and advisory support to management and various business functions.
• Prepare and present periodic compliance reports to senior management and relevant committees.
• Promote a strong culture of compliance and regulatory awareness throughout the organization.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 8 years of relevant experience in compliance within the financial services sector.
