Compliance Manager

About the Role

Binladin International Holding Group is seeking a Compliance Manager to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of enterprise-wide compliance, regulatory, and professional ethics programs across the Group and its business verticals.

Role Overview

The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the Group's adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. This position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in compliance, focusing on developing and maintaining robust frameworks and monitoring compliance activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the Group’s regulatory compliance framework in line with KSA laws, regulations, and internal standards.
• Establish and maintain the Regulatory Obligations Register and compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Lead the annual compliance monitoring program, identify compliance gaps, and track corrective actions through closure.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate new requirements into actionable business procedures.
• Manage compliance risks, regulatory inspections, observations, licenses, permits, and related remediation activities.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports and dashboards for Senior Management and GRC Committees.
• Provide regulatory guidance to business units and collaborate with internal stakeholders and assurance functions.
• Deliver compliance awareness sessions and promote a strong culture of integrity and ethical conduct.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a compliance-related role.
• Demonstrated understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and KSA laws.
• Proven ability to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to operations in Jeddah. The role involves working within a dynamic environment, collaborating with various business units and senior management to uphold compliance standards.
