Corporate Environment Health Safety & Security Manager

About the Role

Al Watania For Industries is seeking a Corporate Environment Health Safety & Security Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing corporate EHS&S strategies, policies, and management systems across all manufacturing plants and company facilities. The manager will ensure compliance with environmental, occupational health, industrial safety, and security regulations, while minimizing operational risks and promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate environmental policies and standards, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and permits.
• Monitor industrial emissions, wastewater discharge, hazardous waste, and lead environmental risk assessments.
• Establish occupational health programs, assess exposure to industrial hazards, and coordinate health monitoring.
• Develop and maintain corporate occupational health and safety policies, overseeing risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Ensure effective implementation of safety procedures such as Permit to Work (PTW) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Develop corporate security policies, oversee physical security systems, and conduct security risk assessments.
• Establish a unified EHS&S management framework across all manufacturing sites and provide leadership to site-level teams.
• Monitor site performance, present EHS&S reports to senior management, and develop annual objectives and KPIs.
• Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems and lead corporate emergency preparedness initiatives.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), with relevant managerial experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven experience in managing occupational health and safety programs, conducting risk assessments, and investigating incidents.
• Demonstrated experience leading safety teams, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions to improve safety performance.
• Experience coordinating EHS&S activities across multiple manufacturing sites is highly desirable.
• Previous experience as an Occupational Health and Safety Manager, Safety Manager, or EHS Manager is preferred.
• Experience in corporate EHS&S governance, multi-site management, and reporting to senior leadership is an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring oversight across various manufacturing plants and company facilities. The role involves periodic site visits to verify compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
