We are looking for a professional Cost Accountant to manage and analyze operational and production costs effectively, ensuring accurate product costing and improving profit margins through precise analytical reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze periodic cost and profitability reports.
- Calculate recipe and product costs, and monitor waste and variances.
- Analyze differences between actual and standard costs.
- Oversee periodic inventory counts and ensure proper stock control.
- Monitor operational expenses and enhance cost efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in restaurants, cafés, or food manufacturing.
- Proven experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
