The candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing operating and production costs, ensuring accurate cost calculations of items, and improving profit margins through precise analytical reports.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and analyzing periodic cost and profitability reports.
  • Calculating the cost of recipes and products and monitoring waste and deviations.
  • Analyzing the differences between actual and standard costs.
  • Monitoring operational expenses and improving cost efficiency.
  • Preparing monthly reports and raising recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Practical experience of at least 3–5 years in restaurants, cafes, or food factories.
  • Proven experience in ERP systems and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • High ability to work under pressure and in a multi-branch environment.
