Job Description

About the Role

Noble Horizon is seeking an experienced Cost Controller to support the financial and inventory operations for its Trading Card Games & Collectibles business in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory costing, valuation, and ensure stock accuracy across retail operations.
  • Reconcile inventory movements between the ERP, POS, and physical stock records.
  • Monitor product margins, overall profitability, and pricing performance.
  • Investigate stock variances and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Support monthly and annual stock counts and inventory audits.
  • Prepare accurate inventory and cost reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with Retail Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams to enhance inventory controls and improve profitability.
  • Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged inventory, providing recommendations for optimization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Cost Control, Inventory Control, or Retail Finance.
  • Strong background in retail inventory management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience using ERP and POS systems.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within Trading Card Games (*, Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering), collectibles, hobby, gaming, or specialty retail sectors.
  • Understanding of inventory valuation, pricing strategies, and gross margin management.
  • Experience supporting multi-store retail operations is considered an advantage.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
