Role Summary

Hilton is seeking a Cost Controller for a full-time position in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for implementing cost-effective measures within the Food & Beverage department, contributing to the overall financial performance and operational efficiency of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the financial performance of the Food & Beverage department, identifying opportunities to enhance profitability and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare regular financial reports and lead weekly meetings to inform departments and leadership about financial trends and cost factors.
• Collaborate with hotel finance team members and the Food & Beverage department to ensure financial accuracy and operational alignment.
• Assist the Finance Lead with special projects that support the overall success of the department.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience in a similar financial or cost control role, ideally within the hospitality sector.
