Responsibilities | المهام: • Manage and confirm appointments using Fresha | إدارة وتأكيد المواعيد. • Greet clients with a smile and professionalism | استقبال العملاء بابتسامة. • Respond to WhatsApp & Instagram messages | الرد على العملاء عبر واتساب وإنستغرام. • Take client rounds and ensure comfort | متابعة راحة العملاء داخل الصالون. • Take before-and-after photos with approval | التقاط صور قبل وبعد بموافقة العميل.

Requirements | المتطلبات: • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) | إجادة الإنجليزية ويفضل العربية. • Customer service & communication skills | مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء ممتازة. • Professional appearance | مظهر مهني وملتزم. • Experience with Fresha or booking apps | خبرة في تطبيق Fresha أو أنظمة الحجوزات.
