Job Responsibilities: - Respond to inquiries from clients via WhatsApp and all social media accounts quickly and professionally. - Manage bookings and appointments and organize the training session schedule. - Provide clear information about the offered sports programs and services. - Solve client issues and handle feedback in a polite and professional manner. - Communicate with trainers and follow up on their adherence to the schedule and appointments. - Coordinate between clients and trainers to ensure smooth service delivery. - Coordinate between trainers and management. - Raise any feedback or issues to management immediately. - Weekly and monthly reports on the work progress.
