Saudi nationals are required to work in marketing and customer service at a company specializing in the production and implementation of wooden works such as doors, cabinets, and others... - Job responsibilities: - Responding to inquiries and questions. - Preparing periodic reports on old and new customers. - Managing communication records and customer data. - Ensuring the customer is fully aware of the desired product or service and providing them with other available services and products. - Conducting customer satisfaction surveys about the provided work. - Keeping accurate records of customers and updating them periodically. - Field follow-up with customers. - Managing order, purchase, and return records. - Marketing and content management. - Required skills: - Written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to negotiate and solve problems. - Commitment to professional ethics and the highest standards of conduct. - Follow-up. - Persuasion. - Polite behavior and good appearance. - Working hours: - 6 days a week, with Friday off.
