About Align Technology
Align Technology is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support dental professionals utilizing the Invisalign system. This contract position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on managing post-sales customer relationships to ensure a seamless experience and help clients maximize the value of our products and services.
The Role of Customer Success Specialist
This role extends beyond traditional customer support, positioning the specialist as a trusted partner to our customers. The Customer Success Specialist collaborates across multiple internal teams and contributes directly to continuous improvement initiatives, playing a pivotal role in customer satisfaction and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-sales customer interactions and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely, professional support.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Deliver product training and education, including on-site sessions when required.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer by identifying trends and sharing feedback internally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Operations, and Logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems, such as Salesforce.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.
Required Experience
Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant customer success or client relationship management role. Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships and deliver effective product education is essential.
Skills and Attributes
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to customer engagement. Proficiency in maintaining accurate customer interaction records and collaborating effectively with diverse internal teams is required.
