About the Customer Support Agent Role
Invygo is seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves providing world-class customer experience across GCC markets. The role requires a dedicated individual who can effectively manage customer interactions, troubleshoot issues, and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Agent, your primary responsibility is to ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence. You will act as a brand advocate, utilizing problem-solving skills to address customer issues and provide detailed information to the technical team for swift resolution. The role involves multitasking, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude, and actively listening to customer feedback to drive product improvements.
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction by collaborating with relevant departments.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the customer support process.
- Assist new customers with onboarding and guide them through the rental process.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for this role should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support capacity. A native proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential. Proficiency with customer support software such as Freshdesk, Freshcat, or Ziwo is required. The position requires the ability to work from the office.
