About the Role

Dome Arabia Environmental Consulting Company is seeking an experienced Data and Operational Performance Analyst to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is open to Saudi nationals with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Data and Operational Performance Analyst supports operational monitoring and improvement initiatives. This involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting on inspection and complaint data. The role focuses on transforming operational records into clear findings, tracking key performance indicators, and preparing reports to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and organize inspection, complaint, and related operational data into a consistent format for analysis and reporting.
• Review incoming records for completeness and consistency, identifying missing information or discrepancies that could impact results.
• Analyze inspection and complaint data to identify trends, recurring issues, and changes in operational performance.
• Monitor agreed performance indicators and maintain clear records of results over time.
• Compare reporting periods and explain significant movements, patterns, and exceptions within the underlying data.
• Prepare operational reports that clearly present results, supported by relevant tables, charts, and written observations.
• Maintain organized analysis files and supporting records to ensure reported figures can be traced to their source.
• Review findings with relevant teams and clarify data or operational information needed to complete analyses.
• Identify practical opportunities for improvement based on inspection results, complaint trends, and performance findings.
• Support continuous improvement by tracking relevant results and assessing whether performance changes are reflected in available data.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating a strong background in data analysis and operational performance monitoring. The role requires a Saudi national.
