DeepSource Technologies is seeking a Data Management Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. This is a full-time position focused on enhancing organizational data capabilities and governance frameworks.

Role Overview

The Data Management Consultant will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of enterprise-wide Data Management frameworks, governance models, policies, standards, and operating procedures. This role involves close collaboration with both business and IT stakeholders to improve data quality, establish clear data ownership, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and maximize the strategic value derived from organizational data assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Data Management and Data Governance initiatives.
• Develop Data Governance Frameworks, Policies, Standards, and Procedures.
• Define models for data ownership, stewardship, and accountability.
• Establish Data Quality frameworks, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and monitoring processes.
• Design Metadata Management and Business Glossary structures.
• Develop Master Data Management (MDM) strategies.
• Support the implementation and governance of Data Catalogs.
• Define Data Lifecycle Management processes.
• Develop Data Classification and Data Retention policies.
• Assess current-state data maturity and recommend improvements.
• Conduct data governance workshops with business stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of governance tools and platforms.
• Ensure compliance with local and international data regulations.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and governance metrics.
• Mentor Data Management Specialists.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Data Management or Data Governance.
• Minimum of 3 years leading enterprise data governance initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering consulting engagements.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
