Decision Support & Analytics Lead

About the Role

CareerFirst Company is seeking a Decision Support & Analytics Lead to manage its analytics and business intelligence operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and involves leading a team to convert complex business data into actionable strategic insights. The role focuses on overseeing analytical plans, developing executive dashboards, and providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the decision support and analytics team in daily data modeling, strategic planning, and performance reporting.
• Establish operational KPIs for the analytics team and ensure high levels of data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business units and technical teams to streamline data requirements.
• Oversee the end-to-end preparation and execution of strategic analytical plans, business performance assessments, and market insights.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative metrics into clear executive summaries, presentations, and actionable business strategies.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and market trends to proactively propose risk mitigations and strategic enhancements.
• Oversee the design, development, and continuous improvement of interactive executive dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
• Standardize analytical frameworks and reporting templates to ensure seamless alignment across all business functions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in decision support, analytics, or business intelligence roles.
• Demonstrated experience in leading analytics teams and managing data-driven projects.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing strategic analytical plans.

Technical Skills

• Strong command of business intelligence tools, including Power BI and Tableau.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with data modeling and performance reporting tasks.

Work Environment
