SAP BW & Analytics Services Team Lead

About the Role

alfanar Group is seeking an SAP BW & Analytics Services Team Lead to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading the delivery and execution of enterprise data and analytics solutions, focusing on business intelligence, analytics, and data infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure the provision of accurate, integrated insights and align data initiatives with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall data and analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
• Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide data initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across BI, analytics, and data infrastructure functions.
• Champion a data-driven culture by promoting the effective use of analytics in decision-making processes across various business units.
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights.
• Guide the development of advanced analytics models and ensure their alignment with specific business needs.
• Ensure robust architecture and governance of data warehouses and data lakes to support scalable and secure data operations.
