Route Mobile is seeking a Delivery Operations Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of delivery operations for CPaaS communication products.

Role Overview

The Delivery Operations Manager will be a key member of the Delivery Operations team, focusing on maintaining seamless business-as-usual (BAU) operations across CPaaS communication products. This role supports Customer Operations leadership by driving operational excellence, managing change, and ensuring delivery continuity across various regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service continuity and coordinate requirements among stakeholders including sales, product, engineering, and customers.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Support Customer Operations leadership by driving resolutions, meeting delivery commitments, and managing expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate product and platform changes and feature rollouts, ensuring coordination across teams for planning, execution, validation, and communication.
• Maintain up-to-date operational documentation and provide timely, transparent communication across teams for all delivery matters.
• Monitor daily task queues and ticket flows, identify SLA risks early, and align resources to ensure timely resolution.
• Bridge global operations and regional execution, accounting for timezone differences and local customer needs.
• Participate in technical and presales calls to present platform capabilities, including dashboard walkthroughs and API integrations across SMS, WhatsApp Business, and Email.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant operational or delivery management role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational processes and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with CPaaS communication products is beneficial.

Work Environment

This role operates within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment that requires proactive ownership and cross-functional collaboration. The Delivery Operations Manager will work closely with support, product, engineering, and sales teams.
