About the Role

alfanar is seeking a Designer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for creating visually engaging, on-brand designs for various platforms, projects, and products. The Designer will conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality design materials to meet the company’s creative, marketing, and branding needs, collaborating with different teams to ensure designs align with overall business goals and customer expectations. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for print and digital media, including brochures, websites, social media, advertisements, and product packaging.
• Translate client briefs, requirements, and project objectives into visually appealing designs that align with the brand's identity.
• Design graphics, logos, illustrations, and other visual elements to support marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and product presentations.
• Create layouts for digital and print publications, ensuring consistency with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
• Edit and retouch images, ensuring high-quality visual standards are met for all assets.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to produce design solutions aligned with the company’s vision.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative development and strategy for projects.
• Communicate design ideas effectively with internal teams and clients, making revisions based on feedback and requirements.
• Ensure all design work adheres to the company’s brand guidelines and visual standards, maintaining consistent brand identity across all materials.
• Prepare and finalize designs for production, ensuring proper file formats, resolution, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with print vendors, agencies, and other external partners to ensure designs are executed correctly and delivered on time.
• Complete all design projects within deadlines and meet quality expectations.
• Revise and improve designs based on feedback from clients, managers, or project stakeholders.
• Provide updates and progress reports to managers regarding design tasks, challenges, and timelines.
• Stay updated with design trends, industry developments, and new technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to design projects.
• Suggest new ways to improve the company’s design processes and creative output.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a design role, demonstrating a strong ability to conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual materials across various platforms. A proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and adhering to brand guidelines is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Designer will work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, product, and content to achieve company objectives.
