About the Opportunity

Linnk Group is seeking an experienced Team Lead – DevOps Engineering to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on leading enterprise DevOps initiatives, driving continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevSecOps practices. The primary objective is to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery across critical banking platforms.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the dedicated DevOps engineering team.
• Design and manage robust CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Kustomize.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments to enhance efficiency.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices and tools, including SonarQube, Checkmarx, and Nexus, into the software development lifecycle.
• Manage containerized environments effectively using Docker and OpenShift.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Infrastructure, and Security teams to continuously improve software delivery processes.

Candidate Profile and Experience

• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Automation.
• Proven track record of leading DevOps teams, with a preference for experience within the Banking or Financial Services sectors.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with key technologies including GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, OpenShift, Python, Bash, and Groovy.
• Good understanding of modern development and deployment methodologies such as GitOps, CI/CD, DevSecOps, Agile, SDLC, blue/green deployments, and canary releases.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Technical Scope

This role operates within a dynamic technical landscape, focusing on the implementation and management of advanced DevOps practices. The scope includes driving automation for CI/CD pipelines, establishing robust Infrastructure as Code, and integrating DevSecOps principles to ensure the secure, scalable, and reliable delivery of software solutions, particularly within banking platform environments. The successful candidate will contribute to a critical technical infrastructure that supports enterprise-level operations.
