About the Role

Node Technologies is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on designing, automating, and maintaining reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure and deployment environments. The successful candidate will contribute to improving CI/CD processes, cloud infrastructure, system reliability, and fostering collaboration between development and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable and highly available infrastructure.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments.
• Manage cloud and on-premises environments.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications, specifically Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and system performance.
• Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and production issues.
• Implement backup, recovery, and high-availability solutions.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Manage CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Maintain monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar tools.
• Apply DevSecOps practices and ensure infrastructure security.
• Optimize system performance, availability, and deployment processes.
• Work closely with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering, including senior-level responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC/configuration tools.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of Linux administration, networking, and scripting.
• Experience with Git and source-control workflows.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, security, backup, and disaster recovery practices.

Required Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively across technical teams.
