The Opportunity

The Digital Communications Specialist will be responsible for managing Unit3’s digital platforms, including the corporate website, intranet, and social media channels. This role ensures consistent, engaging, and professional communication across all digital touchpoints. The specialist will collaborate with various departments to coordinate, review, and publish content that aligns with the company’s brand and communication strategy.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the corporate website and internal portal (Intranet).
• Oversee and manage the company’s social media platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish digital content across multiple channels.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect, review, and publish approved content.
• Ensure all published content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and communication standards.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond when required.
• Support the preparation of internal communications and corporate announcements.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Communications (MarCom) team on various initiatives and campaigns.
• Stay up to date with digital communication trends and best practices.
