Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans across social media, search engines, and email marketing channels to achieve company goals.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads to maximize return on investment.
  • Monitor the performance of the company’s digital platforms, utilizing analytics tools to interpret data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure the creation of consistent, engaging, and impactful marketing content.
  • Perform Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities to enhance website ranking and overall online visibility.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or advertising management.
  • Advanced proficiency in using advertising and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs and SEMrush.
  • A strong understanding of user behavior and digital customer experience (UX) principles.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
