The Role of Digital Transformation Project Manager

Riyadh Cables Group is seeking a Digital Transformation Project Manager to coordinate the company's digital transformation initiatives. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves ensuring effective collaboration between business functions and IT to deliver projects in line with business requirements, timelines, and objectives. The Project Manager will oversee project coordination and follow-up across Business Excellence, AI Strategy Execution, and CRM initiatives, reporting to the CSO and project steering committees.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for assigned projects.
• Coordinate business functions, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating delays as required.
• Coordinate business requirements gathering, reviews, and approvals with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure implemented solutions meet business requirements through demonstrations, testing, and user acceptance.
• Coordinate project workshops, meetings, training, and rollout activities.
• Support the execution of AI initiatives and CRM implementation, tracking progress and business readiness.
• Monitor system adoption and utilization, following up on post-implementation issues.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly in digital transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with AI initiatives and CRM implementation is preferred.

Work Environment and Reporting Structure

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Digital Transformation Project Manager will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and relevant project steering committees, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective oversight of digital initiatives.
