About the Role

Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy is seeking a Director Corporate Security and Services to oversee security and asset protection across a national network. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on ensuring the integrity of all assets and operations under the group's name, extending beyond traditional guarding functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing security operations across all sites within the Kingdom as an integrated system.
• Implementing asset protection, loss prevention, and loss investigation strategies, with measurable outcomes.
• Establishing standards, overseeing upgrades, and integrating CCTV, access control, and physical security systems.
• Managing facilities, utilities, and the estate that supports the network.
• Ensuring fleet compliance, optimal utilization, and cost efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience running distributed security operations across multiple sites.
• Proven experience in asset protection or loss prevention within logistics, retail, or similar high-volume environments.
• Ability to lead a large frontline Saudi workforce and commitment to developing career paths for team members.
• Competence in facilities and fleet management, or the judgment to recruit and manage specialized personnel in these areas.
• A clear understanding of the distinction between site guarding and comprehensive asset protection.

Experience
