About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director - Development Financial Analysis to join its team in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to guiding the company's development initiatives through expert financial analysis and project evaluation.

Role Overview

The Director - Development Financial Analysis will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive financial assessments for various development projects. This includes conducting feasibility studies and developing financial models. The role involves leading a team to ensure that all investments are strategically sound and financially viable, aligning with Qiddiya's long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage financial analysis and planning for all development projects, including financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Conduct in-depth feasibility studies to assess the financial viability of proposed initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather necessary data for effective financial planning and analysis.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify financial risks associated with development projects and propose mitigating solutions.
  • Enhance financial processes, tools, and methodologies used for analysis to improve overall efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor market trends and best practices in financial analysis related to development and real estate.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 12-16 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on the development or real estate sectors.
  • Proven expertise in conducting financial modeling, feasibility assessments, and investment analysis.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis software and advanced Excel capabilities.
