About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director - Finance & Procurement Operations to oversee finance and procurement functions within the marketing division. This senior leadership position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and requires a full-time commitment. The role is responsible for financial planning, budget management, procurement strategy, and operational efficiency to support the company's marketing initiatives and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage finance and procurement operations specifically for marketing activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery timelines for marketing projects.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the marketing division, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements related to procurement and finance.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key vendors and marketing service providers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and financial operations efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing leaders to understand project requirements and align procurement activities accordingly.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and procurement team supporting marketing functions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on finance and procurement performance within marketing.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in finance and procurement operations.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing procurement activities within a marketing or advertising environment is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Excellent negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, fostering high performance and collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and financial systems.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
