Role Overview

Ultimate Peaks is seeking a Director, Contract Logistics & Solutions for a leading Saudi logistics and delivery group. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and reports directly to the CEO. The group is undergoing significant growth and corporatisation, with a strategic focus on developing its contract logistics business into a standalone operational engine.

Business Line Leadership

The Director will lead a distinct business line with full P&L accountability. This encompasses warehousing, healthcare and regulated logistics, fulfilment, and dedicated client operations. The mandate for this position is to establish and scale world-class operations, secure and expand major dedicated contracts, and evolve contract logistics into a scalable second engine for the group's existing network.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the P&L of the contract logistics business, including revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Drive business expansion by securing and growing dedicated contracts, overseeing solution design, bid processes, and the client pipeline.
• Oversee dedicated warehousing, healthcare/cold-chain, and fulfilment operations to ensure adherence to high productivity and compliance standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for regulated logistics, particularly in healthcare, alongside dedicated-contract Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client relationship management.
• Develop the team, establish the operating model, and implement necessary systems to support business scalability.

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a senior leader capable of representing the group effectively with government entities and major clients. Essential qualifications include a proven track record in building and operating a contract logistics, 3PL, or dedicated-operations business, coupled with full P&L ownership. Experience managing and expanding large dedicated projects and warehousing operations at scale is required, particularly with government-facing and VIP/giga-project contracts.

Key Skills and Expertise

• Strong commercial and business development acumen, including expertise in solution design, bid management, and cultivating senior client relationships.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated logistics, such as SFDA/GSDP compliance and cold chain management, is a significant advantage.
