This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading the development of the company's buildings division in the region. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the growth strategy for the architecture division in Saudi Arabia.
• Identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and secure major architectural commissions.
• Collaborate with regional and international leadership teams to enhance the buildings offering.
• Lead client presentations, proposals, and strategic business development initiatives.
• Build and develop an architecture team in response to project pipeline growth.
• Assume overall responsibility for the division's commercial performance, project delivery, and long-term development.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in a senior architectural leadership position within an established international or multidisciplinary consultancy.
• An extensive network of clients, developers, and key decision-makers in Saudi Arabia.
• A proven track record in business development and securing architectural projects.
• Experience in building, managing, and developing architectural teams.
• Strong commercial awareness combined with a solid understanding of architectural design and project delivery.
• An entrepreneurial approach and the ability to work independently while leveraging global business resources.
