About the Role

Reef Group is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to leading the daily operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient online shopping experience for our customers.

Role Purpose

The E-Commerce Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing critical operational aspects of the e-commerce platform. This includes managing product listings, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supervising the entire order fulfillment process. The role requires effective cross-functional coordination to support business growth objectives and maintain operational excellence within the online retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Manage product listings, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and ensure the accuracy of all online content.
• Monitor inventory levels diligently and ensure precise alignment with warehouse records.
• Supervise the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from initial order placement through to final delivery.
• Coordinate effectively with warehouses, logistics providers, and various internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor platform performance metrics and identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and enhancing the customer experience.
• Collaborate with the Marketing department to ensure readiness for upcoming campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Prepare regular operational reports and propose actionable recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and associated processes.
• Strong understanding of product management, inventory control, and order fulfillment workflows.
• Proven capability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
