About the Role

Alkhorayef Energy System is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor, Production (Generators) to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing electrical assembly, wiring, and testing activities within our generator production operations. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant execution of electrical work on generator sets. This includes supervising technicians, planning daily tasks, and coordinating with various departments to maintain production schedules and quality standards. The role requires strong technical knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the electrical assembly and wiring of generator sets, control panels, and associated systems.
• Plan daily activities and allocate tasks to electrical technicians to meet production schedules.
• Ensure all work complies with electrical drawings, technical specifications, and established quality standards.
• Oversee electrical testing procedures and troubleshoot faults during assembly and testing phases.
• Coordinate effectively with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve technical issues.
• Provide guidance and training to electrical technicians, ensuring adherence to safety procedures.
• Monitor production progress and prepare comprehensive reports on activities and outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5-10 years of previous experience supervising electrical technicians.
• Strong knowledge of generator electrical systems, control panels, wiring, and testing methodologies.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Electrical Supervisor will work within a production team focused on generator manufacturing. The role involves collaboration with various internal departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.
