About the EPMO Specialist Role

Salam is seeking an EPMO Specialist to support the effective governance, monitoring, and delivery of projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role involves applying Salam PMO methodologies to ensure projects align with organizational standards, timelines, and stakeholder requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project execution according to Salam PMO project lifecycle, methodologies, and governance requirements.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones and deliverables, and identify potential delays.
• Apply Salam PMO standards, tools, templates, and documentation across assigned projects.
• Ensure project compliance with governance processes, stage gates, and approval requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, issue logs, action trackers, and lessons learned.
• Prepare and consolidate project status, financial, and operational reports for management review.
• Identify project risks, issues, and deviations, and escalate them to relevant stakeholders as needed.
• Track project budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization to support effective project delivery.
• Support project-related change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate project execution and communication.
• Assist in the implementation and enhancement of project management practices, tools, and reporting capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, MIS, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Required Skills

Candidates should possess good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a result-driven capability.
