Job Title: Events and Interactive Experiences Coordinator – Riyadh
Job Type: Part-time (one day of fieldwork per week + coordination and communication remotely for the rest of the week)

Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented person who loves interacting with people and knows how to turn any meeting into an unforgettable experience. Your task starts before the event: coordination, communication, arranging, and preparing the right atmosphere… and it ends with the smiles of the attendees after the meeting is over.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing weekly field events within Riyadh (one-day field attendance)

  • Coordinating communication with guests and participants before and after the event

  • Enhancing the attendee experience and following up on their feedback

  • Arranging logistical tasks and ensuring the venue is ready

  • Contributing innovative ideas for more distinctive experiences

Requirements:

  • Passion for organization and visitor experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to manage time and work remotely

  • Regular field attendance on the event day
