Join Us as a Senior Event Coordinator!
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Senior Event Coordinator to join our Venues Events & Programming Team, supporting a cluster of premium venues. This role bridges creative planning, operational delivery, and commercial excellence. You will be responsible for converting leads into successful events, supporting post-event client retention, and providing end-to-end support under the guidance of the Senior Events Programming Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development: Manage event inquiries, maintain venue diaries, convert leads through persuasive sales techniques, conduct site visits, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Client Account Management: Develop long-term client relationships, maintain accounts in the CRM, and ensure consistent service.
  • Collaboration & Support: Assist the Senior Events Programming Manager, contribute to venue programming, and prepare reports.
  • Administrative & Operational Duties: Maintain CRM data accuracy and assist in creating event materials.

Knowledge & Experience: Minimum of 35 years in event coordination or venue sales, preferably in luxurious settings. Strong understanding of event logistics and proficiency in CRM/event sales platforms is essential.
