The Exception Handler Role

This full-time role as an Exception Handler is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The position involves contributing to the operational efficiency of JD Logistics by focusing on attendance management and compliance for DS personnel across various sites. The team values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and standardize attendance procedures, including scheduling, sign-in/sign-out rules, and other attendance regulations for DS personnel at all operational sites.
• Monitor DS personnel's adherence to attendance regulations, identify areas of non-compliance, and collaborate with site managers and HR to implement corrective measures.
• Develop and conduct training programs for DS personnel, covering attendance procedures, operating standards, system usage, relevant policies, and necessary workflows.
• Maintain attendance data dashboards, analyze common issues, and develop improvement plans to enhance current performance and operational efficiency.

The Exception Handler will join the JINGDONG Logistics team, working within an environment that emphasizes collaboration and a commitment to high-quality results. The role is full-time and based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
